INGREDIENTS
hung curd 2 cups
raisins 3 tbsp
munaka/ golden raisins 3 tbsp
salt little
chili pdr little
rice flour/ corn flour 2 tbsp to bind
oil for deep frying
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients with hung curd except oil, when the oil is hot, not too hot, put pakoras with your hand, no need of shaping. You've to keep gently pushing them, so that they don't stick down in the frying pan/ kadai. Once they're light brown, drain and remove, serve with mint chutney.
