Olive oil is one of the popular ingredients
in the kitchen, but it can also be found in the medicine cabinet and on
the beauty shelf. The fact that it is rich in vitamin E and essential
antioxidants has made it one of the most effective means of balancing
blood pressure and cholesterol levels, preventing heart attacks and
cancer and delaying aging. So if you thought that the best thing is to
consume olive oil with seasoning, you're about to be surprised! Our
grandmothers found effective and useful ways to use this oil. For some
