Ingredients:
- Silken tofu – 200 g
- Melted dark chocolate – 3/5 cup
- Sea salt – a pinch
- Honey (optional) – 0.25 cup
Method:
- In a blending jar, crumble some pieces of silken tofu and blend it to get a smooth creamy thick paste.
- Add this paste to the melted chocolate and mix it into a smooth lump-free mixture.
- If you like more sweetness, add some honey to it; otherwise, skip this step.
- Transfer the prepared mixture into serving cups.
- Add some more melted dark chocolate to create a top cover for the serving cups. Sprinkle some sea salt over them.
- Place the cups in a refrigerator for 1-2 hours so the mousse sets perfectly.
- You can optionally add some whipped cream over the mousse.
- Once the mousse is set, remove it from the refrigerator and serve chilled!
