Tofu Chocolate Mousse

   

Ingredients:

  • Silken tofu – 200 g
  • Melted dark chocolate – 3/5 cup
  • Sea salt – a pinch
  • Honey (optional) – 0.25 cup

Method:

  1. In a blending jar, crumble some pieces of silken tofu and blend it to get a smooth creamy thick paste.
  2. Add this paste to the melted chocolate and mix it into a smooth lump-free mixture.
  3. If you like more sweetness, add some honey to it; otherwise, skip this step.
  4. Transfer the prepared mixture into serving cups.
  5. Add some more melted dark chocolate to create a top cover for the serving cups. Sprinkle some sea salt over them.
  6. Place the cups in a refrigerator for 1-2 hours so the mousse sets perfectly.
  7. You can optionally add some whipped cream over the mousse.
  8. Once the mousse is set, remove it from the refrigerator and serve chilled!
