Thengai Thiratti Paal / Coconut thiratti pal

 Thiratti pal is a dessert, made by cooking the milk, for hours stirring on n off till it gets thick, then sugar is added and cooked again till thick.

Ingredients and Method

Dry roast 1/4 cup moong dal into golden brown colour. 
Grind it into fine powder. 
Add 2 cup grated coconut with the ground moong dal powder, 
1/2 cup grated jaggery , 
1 tbsp rice flour, 
1/2 tsp cardamom powder and little water in a mixer jar. Grind it into fine paste. 

Heat 2 tbsp ghee and add the ground paste. Keep stirring in medium flame in between add 2 tbsp ghee and mix until the mixture into glossy texture. Add roasted cashew and mix.
