Egg-less Atta Jaggery Walnut Cake

Ingredients:
 Dry Ingredients --
1.5 cup whole wheat flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
 
Wet Ingredients: 
1 /2cup curd
1/2 cup oil( flavorless) 
1 cup jaggery powder 
1tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped roasted almonds & walnuts
 

Method :  

Sieve all the dry ingredients & keep it aside.

 In a small bowl take 1-2 tsp of wheat flour add chopped dry fruits , mix well  & keep it aside. 

In a mixing bowl add jaggery, curd & mix nicely. 

add oil ,vanilla essence & give it a nice mix..

Now in 2 batches add this mixture to flour mixture.. 

Now add milk accordingly to make the cake batter.. 

add chopped dry fruits mix & make a smooth cake batter.. 

Pre-heat the oven @170 degrees C .

Pour the batter into a grease tin & bake it for around 30-40 minutes..

Once done cool the cake completely & then demould.
