Ingredients
1 cup melted butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cup maida
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp pista powder
8-10 chopped pistas
Method
Whisk together butter and sugar. Then add all ingredients.
Make smooth round balls and flattened them over the dry fruits pieces so that the dry fruits stick well on the biscuits.
Place on a parchment paper on a baking tray. Keep in the fridge for 15 mins.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 - 170° degrees for 12-15 mins.
