Muska is an Hindi word, which means butter.
Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp baking pdr
250g butter
1 tsp plus 1 pinch salt
2 tsp whole toasted and crushed Jeera pdr
Sesame seeds for toppings optional
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup fresh cream
Method
In
a mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients,add in butter, using finger tips
work your butter n flour to form breadcrumbs, add toasted jeera pdr make a
dough using the liquids.
Cover with kitchen tea towel.
Rest for 15 minutes.
Roll out on a floured surface , cut into fingers size or shapes desired.
Brush with milk sprinkle toasted Jerra or sesame seeds.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 deg. C until light brown.
Switch off oven then leave in oven to crisp.
