Ingredients
Malpua
1 cup flour
Half cup semolina
1tsp cardamom powder
1 cup milk
Mix ingredients to form a thick batter
Let it rest for half an hour
heat oil/ ghee for frying
Use a laddle scoop and let it fry in hot ghee/ oil
Syrup
1cup sugar
Half cup water
cardamom pdr 1/2 tsp
Let it boil to a 1-string syrup consistency
keep the syrup warm
Add fried malpua to the syrup and let it soak for about 10-15 minutes
Then remove
Decorate with chopped nuts as desired. Serve hot.
