Ingredients
8 tbsp 1 stick/8 tbsp/ 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted(Microwave for 1 minute to melt it)
1 can/14 oz/396 gm Condensed Milk
1 1/3 cup Non Fat Milk Powder
1/4 tsp elaichi powder/crushed green cardamom powder
Instructions
In a large bowl,mix the melted butter,condensed milk and Non Fat Milk Powder
Microwave for 2 minutes and mix well
Microwave for 1 minute and mix well
Microwave for 1 more minute and mix well, it should feel like a soft dough when you mix it
Add elaichi powder and mix well,if the dough feels crumbly, add a spoonful of cream or milk and mix again
While still quite hot, grease palms with ghee and shape into pedas,make a small indentation in the middle
Put chopped pistachios/ almonds in the indentation
