INGREDIENTS
for masala
coriander seeds 1 tbsp
jeera 1 tbsp dry roast both and crush them well, keep aside
heat oil 1 tbsp in a pan add
coriander pdr 2 tbsp
red chili pdr to taste
turmeric pdr 1/2 tsp
garam masala pdr 1/2 tsp
fry these well, add besan 2 tbsp
add the crushed coriander seeds and jeera, mix well, remove and cool.
add salt to the above mixture, you can add finely chopped mint/ coriander leaves, mix with it well
For dough
atta 2 cups
salt little
oil 2 tsp
water as needed, make a stiff dough like for puris
heat oil for frying
Take small portion of dough, make like a cup, put enough stuffing, carefully, cover from all sides, then roll into puris, fry in medium hot oil till crisp, drain and serve hot with tea.
