INGREDIENTS
oats pdr 1 cup
curds 1 1/2 cup
semolina/ suji 1/2 cup
mix the above well
oil 1 tbsp
mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
urad dal 1 tbsp
chana dal 1 tbsp
once dals are golden addoil
green chilies 2-3 chopped
1 small carrot grated fry
salt to taste
turmeric 1/4 tsp
fry for another 2 minutes, add to the batter
add salt to taste
Eno fruit salt 1 tsp mix well along with little water , beat well till it becomes soft
grease idli mold, heat the steamer
put about a tbsp of chopped raw mango on each molt, top with batter, steam for 15 minutes
Mango chutney
panch pooran 1 1/2 tsp ( rai, jeera methi, onion seeds, saunf) roast well add
turmeric pdr 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
red chili pdr 1/4 tsp fry for a minute add
raw mangoes 2 cubed or cut into small pieces, mix well , add
sugar 1 1/2 tbsp
water to cover, mix well, cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame
demold idlis serve with raw mango chutney
