Ingredients:
- Grated dark chocolate: 120 gm
- Sweetened condensed milk: 400 gm
- Butter: 40 gm
- Walnut kernels: 400 gm
Cooking Steps:
- In a pan, add sweetened condensed milk and cook it.
- While the condensed milk is cooking, add chopped dark chocolate pieces and allow it to melt completely.
- Add butter to the condensed milk. Mix it well.
- Allow the mixture to boil for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame.
- Add coarsely crushed walnut kernels to this mixture and mix it well.
- Allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
- Once cooked, transfer the mixture into a greased mould.
- Tap the mixture into the mould evenly and decorate it with toasted walnuts.
- Refrigerate it for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Delicious fudge is ready to be served.
