Chocolate Walnut Fudge

 Ingredients:

  • Grated dark chocolate: 120 gm
  • Sweetened condensed milk: 400 gm
  • Butter: 40 gm
  • Walnut kernels: 400 gm

Cooking Steps:

  1. In a pan, add sweetened condensed milk and cook it.
  2. While the condensed milk is cooking, add chopped dark chocolate pieces and allow it to melt completely.
  3. Add butter to the condensed milk. Mix it well.
  4. Allow the mixture to boil for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame.
  5. Add coarsely crushed walnut kernels to this mixture and mix it well.
  6. Allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Once cooked, transfer the mixture into a greased mould.
  8. Tap the mixture into the mould evenly and decorate it with toasted walnuts.
  9. Refrigerate it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  10. Delicious fudge is ready to be served.
