INGREDIENTS
wheat flour as needed to make dough + dusting
ghee 2 tbsp + cooking
salt to taste
ajwain 1/2 tsp
is the photo of moongre / radish pods
grind together for stuffing
moongre 1 bunch roughly chopped
green chili 1-2 chopped
garlic cloves 3-4
ginger 1" chopped
salt
grind the above ingredients
METHOD
make dough adding ghee and salt, rubbing well, then adding enough water to make a soft dough, over and rest for 10-15 minutes.
Roll out the dough or take a ball of dough, shape like a cup to put enough stuffing, then cover well.
roll it lightly like for parantha
heat a tawa, once hot, cook the parantha on medium heat, once brown spots appear, flip it, then adding ghee on both sides cook till brown.
serve hot with pickle, mint chutney and curd + vege of your choice.
