Fried Modak with Chocolate Filling

Method

Add maida, fine rava, ghee and required amount of water to knead into a stiff dough. Rest it for 15 minutes.
Melt the dark chocolate on a double boiler, add condensed milk and dry fruits to it and mix it.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Make small balls out of the dough. Take a small ball and roll it into a disc. Roll out all the dough balls.
Add 1 tbsp of the chocolate filling and fold it in the form of a modak.
Heat a kadai with oil in it and fry it till it turns golden brown. Serve it fresh.
