Easy way of making Churma Laddus

 Ingredients and Method

Atta  2 cups

Suji 1 cup mix well

Ghee  ½ cup, mix well

Add water little at a time to make a soft dough, can add milk instead of water or half of each, cover and keep for 30 minutes

heat oil to fry the flattened discs

Make small balls, flatten little, make depression, fry well in medium flame till golden n crisp, remove to cool

Crush the fried balls well, cool, add cardamom, powder well

Add 2 cups  gur in a Kadai  with 2 tbsp water, mawa 200 gm  optional, cook till gur melts and mawa has melted, add to powder , add dry fruits chopped, mix well, make laddu, coat with kaskas and chopped nuts.
