Ingredients
whole wheat flour / atta 1 cup
ghee 1 tbsp
salt a pinch
water, make a soft dough using the above ingredients, cover and rest for 10 minutes.
for filling
roasted peanuts 2-3 tbsp
roasted sesame seeds 1 tbsp
gur 1/2 cup
crush the above 3 ing.
ghee for cooking
Method
Take small ball of the dough, roll out into 4-5" roti, put enough stuffing inside, close well from all sides.
dust some flour and roll into thin roti, taking care that the filling doesn't come out.
heat a tawa, once hot, put the stuffed roti, cook on both sides till brown adding ghee
make all rotis in the same way and cook till nice brown on both sides and little crisp.
