Cheesy Jalapeño Spread

Method :

Heat the milk till it is just warm, do not bring it to a boil. Now add the vinegar and curdle the milk.
Transfer the curdled milk solid into a cheesecloth and drain the excess water from it.
In 2 tsp water add some fruit salt and wait until the bubbles fizzle out.
In a blending jar, add the prepared cheese, along with the fruit salt water, a pinch of turmeric, salt and butter.
Blend the whole mixture to get a smooth and creamy spread. Add the jalapenos and red chili flakes and mix everything well.
Transfer into a container, cover it with cling film or thin plastic and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until the spread is perfectly set.
You can enjoy this high-protein spread on slices of bread, roti or even as a dip.
