Ingredients and Method
Take 3 big slices of the bread, cut corners, just break into pieces with your hands and put it in the blender jar. Crumble the slices.
Put the crumb in a fry pan with ¼ cup suji, fry on low heat. Roast for 2 minutes
Add milk 1 cup, sugar ¼ cup, mix well, keep stirring till it separates from the sides of the pan.
Pour into a prepared greased mold, with a butter paper down, brush it also with butter.
Then pour the mixture, level the top well, sprinkle with nuts and raisins, slightly press it down. Keep it aside for 30 minutes, once set, de-mold, cut into desired shape and serve.
