Method :
Transfer the soaked rice, chana dal, and
urad dal into a blending jar along with ginger and green chilies and
blend everything into a smooth paste.
Transfer the prepared batter to a mixing
bowl, add salt, turmeric, and cumin seeds along with fruit salt and
give everything a good mix.
Heat some oil for frying, then using a
spoon, add the prepared batter into medium-hot oil and fry until they
are golden and crisp.
Enjoy these piping hot dhuska with mint and coriander chutney.
