Here's a breakfast that combines indulgence and balance:overnight oats with red berries and chocolate! Prepared the night before in just a few minutes, this bowl will be waiting for you when you wake up, ready to enjoy. Observations

Can other fruits be used in this recipe?
Yes, you can replace the raspberries with other fruits such as strawberries, blueberries or bananas. All these fruits go very well with chocolate and oatmeal.

Is it possible to make this overnight oat without chocolate?
Of course it's possible! If you prefer a lighter version, you can simply omit the chocolate or replace it with dried fruit, nuts or yoghurt to add a little crunch or creaminess.

    How to store overnight oat?
You can store your overnight oat in an airtight jar in the fridge for 2-3 days. So it's perfect for making in advance if you want to save time in the morning.

Is it necessary to use chia seeds?
No, but chia seeds help achieve a thicker texture and provide fiber as well as omega-3.

Can this recipe be made without jam?
Yes, raspberry jam adds a sweet note, but you can substitute fresh or frozen raspberries. Add a little honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter touch.

Can I use plant milk for this recipe?
Absolutely, you can replace water or traditional milk with any plant-based milk: almond, oat, coconut or soya, depending on your tastes and needs. It's also suitable for lactose-free diets.

How do I adjust the texture of this overnight oat?
If you prefer a creamier texture, add a little more liquid (milk or yoghurt). Conversely, for a thicker texture, slightly reduce the amount of liquid used.
