Ingredients:
Bread Slices: 4
Boiled Potatoes: 2 (mashed)
Onion: 1 (finely chopped)
Green Chilies: 1 (finely chopped)
Coriander Leaves: 2 tbsp chopped
Chaat Masala: ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder: ½ tsp
Butter: 2 tbsp
Method:
Mix onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, chaat masala and red chili powder with mashed potatoes.
Apply butter on bread slices and spread the prepared mixture.
Fry it on a pan till it becomes golden and crispy on both sides.
Serve with chutney or sauce.
