Ingredients and Method
Oats 1 cup
blend in a mixer to a coarse pdr
Transfer to a bowl, add baking pdr 1 tsp
Cocoa pdr 1 tbsp, mix all well
Crush 50 gm nuts, apricots 80 gm chop fine, add to the oats mixture mix well
Banana 1 big- peel and mash with fork well and add to the oats mixture
Add Water 100
ml , and mix well, make small balls, flatten them, spread on a butter paper on a baking tray.
Keep the cookies 2” apart, bake in pre-heated oven @ 180 C / 360 F for 25 minutes, dust with pdr sugar on top to garnish the soft cocoa cookies.
