Ingredients
In a bowl, melt the chocolate to make it into a smooth liquid.Or you can microwave it for 30-60 seconds stirring once in between.
Now simply pour this melted chocolate into the leftover rice.
Simply blend this mixture to get a
silky-smooth paste. Add a few drops of hot water if it becomes too thick
to handle.
Transfer the mixture into a serving
bowl, and dust with some cocoa powder if you like. Cover it and chill it
in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
After chilling, simply scoop out and enjoy.
Alternatively, you can replace melted
chocolate with ½ cup condensed milk and ¼ cup cocoa powder for the exact
same result.
