INGREDIENTS
1 tin condensed milk
½ cup lemon juice
1 small tin pineapple crush
250 ml cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice.
Mix in the pineapple crush that has been drained of the syrup.
Whip the cream till stiff and fold into the mixture.
Place on biscuit crust and place in the fridge till ready to serve.
