Ingredients:
- Bottle gourd washed, peeled and grated 500gm
- ghee ½ cup
- Cardamoms 3-4
- Milk 2 cups
- Sugar 1-1/2 cup
- Whole dried milk pdr 150gm
- Almonds 2-3 tbsp chopped
- Pistachios 2-3 tbsp chopped
- Green food color as required ( optional)
Method:
Boil bottle gourd in milk. When milk dries out then heat ghee in a separate pan
then add cardamoms and let them splutter now add bottle gourd and cook well.
Now add sugar and cook. Add food color, half nuts, half whole dried milk and
cook for 1 minute. Once it leaves the sides of the pan, spread it on a greased
plate.Garnish with remaining nuts, whole dried milk press it down lightly.
Once set, cut into pieces and serve.
