Ingredients and Method
In a bowl break 3 eggs add 1 cup / 240 ml milk, whisk well
Add psyllium 2 tbsp whisk well again
Add 2 tbsp flax seeds whisk well
In a pan add almonds ½ cup and walnuts ¼ cup, peanuts 1/3 cup
Lightly roast the nuts well, remove add to the mixer jar along with 1 tbsp baking pdr and salt to taste, powder the nuts coarsely, mix it with the wet ingredients well
Pour in a baking pan or individual cups to bake
Sprinkle some
flax seeds and sunflower seeds, bake in a pre-heated oven @ 360 F/ 180 C for
40-45 minutes. Once cool, cut into slices.
