Ema Datshi (Bhutanese Chili Cheese)

Preparations :
In a saucepan, heat some oil, now add
the smashed garlic pieces, followed by the slit green chilies.
Saute it for a minute, then place the
cheese slices over the chilies. Allow them to melt for a few seconds.
Using a spatula, very gently mash and
mix the melted cheese. Add some salt and water to get a gravy-like
consistency.
Once the cheese is completely melted and forms a uniform gravy, turn off the flame.
Serve it with hot steamed rice or roti and devour it immediately.
