It is now become a necessity to eat healthy, as people have become more health conscious. You don't want to miss out on the dessert, and it has to be healthy. A simple and quick to bake without and whisking and all over within 6 minutes maximum ! Hard to believe, yes, you can, make it just for you, why not? There are days you want to treat yourself to a nice, filling healthy dessert. That was my idea yesterday.
Ingredientsapple cut into small pieces about 2 tbsp
oats 1 tbsp
warm milk 2-3 tbsp
raisins 1 tbsp
baking pdr 1/4 tsp
I warmed the milk in microwave for about 15 seconds, added the oats, mixed well and let it rest.
As I can't swallow the skin of an apple, I peeled, removed the core and cut into small pieces. It was a small apple, but as I was trying out for myself, I hardly used half an apple.
Once the oats has almost absorbed the milk, add baking pdr, mix well
add the apples, raisins, mix well, all was done in the same microwave safe glass bowl.
No greasing the bowl, warmed the milk, all in 1 bowl
Microwave high for about 4 minutes, once done, enjoy your guilt-free dessert.
