I saw a recipe and thought of giving it a try . The poha is washed and mixed with equal quantities of grated cucumber and 1 cup of freshly grated coconut . Then in a pan add oil splutter cumin seeds, mustard seeds, toasted chana dal, grated ginger, both green and dry red chilies, curry leaves and chopped onion. Then add green peas , roasted peanuts and salt , no haldi is added. In goes the poha mixture and cook for 4 to 5 mins and serve hot . This was very aromatic and flavourful at the same time . I am not a poha fan but I loved this version. The freshness of the cucumbers took it to the next level . Do try. Good day to all. Have a great weekend.
