TUTTI FRUTTI SLICE CAKE

 Ingredients

 All purpose flout /MAIDA 200GM 

 SALT ¼ TSP 

 CURD 250 GM 

SUGAR 100 GM 

BAKING POWDER 1 ¼ TSP

BAKING SODA ½ TSP 

OIL 50 Gm

BUTTER 30 GM 

PINEAPPLE ESSENCE 1 TSP 

¼ CUP TUTTI FRUTTI


METHOD
TAKE A BOWL, ADD CURD AND POWDER SUGAR AND WHISK IT
 

ADD BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, TUTTI FRUTTI AND WHISK IT, KEEP IT ASIDE FOR SOME TIME 

ADD OIL, BUTTER AND ESSENCE AND MIX IT SLOWLY 

ADD SIEVED MAIDA AND SALT
 

FOLD with SPATULA
 

POUR THE BATTER IN 7 INCH SQUARE TIN
 

BAKE AT 180 C FOR 35 TO 40 MIN
 

Cool slightly and cut.
