- 1 Cup Oats
- 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (Atta)
- 3/4 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Cup Curd (Yogurt/Dahi)
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 5 Small-Medium Sized Bananas

Preheat the oven to 180 C / 350 F. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

Add all the ingredients (Oats, whole wheat flour, honey, curd, vanilla essence, baking soda, baking powder and bananas) into a blender jar.

Blend till you get a smooth muffin batter. You may have to stop the blender 2-3 times, scrape down the batter from the sides with a spatula and blend again.

Pour the muffin batter into the muffin tin. Sprinkle some oats/chopped almonds/chocolate chips on the top.

Bake at 180 C / 350 F for 30-35 minutes or till a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
