Ingredients
- 1 7-oz container whole-milk Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. crumbled feta
- 1 scallion, finely chopped ( spring onion)
- 1 Tbsp.mint, chopped ( pudina)
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Pepper pdr to taste
Sliced cucumbers, snap peas, and radishes
Method
Open the yogurt and stir in feta, scallion, mint, lemon juice, and pepper. Place in a container with your favorite veggies for dipping.
