Ingredients:
- 1 cup walnuts
- Honey to blend
Recipe :
Into a blender, add in the walnuts along with a little honey and give it a blend. Keep adding in the honey little by little and blend until you get a smooth and creamy consistency. The walnut butter is ready and you can store it in an airtight container. It can be used on toast as a spread, just like butter.
Tip: You can also soak the walnuts for a few hours before making the walnut butter to enhance the consistency. Strain and do not add in the water.
