Ingredients:
- 1 cup melted dark chocolate
- ½ cup chopped almonds
Method:
Into a bowl of melted dark chocolate, add in the chopped almonds and give it a mix. Then, on a tray lined with parchment paper of baking paper, using a spoon pour this mixture into blobs (leaving space between each one) to form “rocks”. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours and then it is ready to consume.
