Ingredients:
- 2 cups nuts
- 1 cup pitted Dates
Recipe :
Into a blender, add in the nuts along with the pitted dates and give it a quick blend. The mixture should be coarse and half ground (not completely). The mixture should be of the consistency which is thick enough to form balls.
In case the batter is not forming a thick enough dough, you can add in a couple of extra pitted dates. Then, take a spoon to scoop out the mixture/dough and form them into balls rolling them between your palms.
