INGREDIENTS AND METHOD
Sabudana 1 cup grind to fine pdr
Put in a bowl
Roast peanuts 1/4 cup, remove skin, put in mixer grind to a coarse pdr
Boiled potatoes 3 grated
Ginger-
green chili paste 1 tbsp
Jeera roasted pdr 1 tsp
Roasted til 1 tbsp
Rock salt to taste
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Water to mix to thick paste
oil little to toast
In a gas toaster spread oil on both sides, spread the thick sabudana batter, making sure that you don't over spread it. If the batter comes out when you close the lid, remove the excess batter with a spoon, and cook in slow flame till both sides become brown takes about 5 minutes, keep turning the sides till done, serve hot with chutney of your choice.
