Peanut butter banana ice-cream

 Ingredients:

  • 2 medium sized bananas
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter

Method :

Skin the bananas and freeze them overnight. The next day, toss the bananas into a blender along with the peanut butter and give it a blend until becomes into a smooth and creamy consistency.

Then, pour into a container with a lid and set it in your freezer (on low cooling) or into your refrigerator (on high cooling), so that it will be easy to scoop out after 4 to 6 hours of setting.
