Egg-less Brownie in a Mug

 ingredients for brownie    

Ingredients  

  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp dark or light brown sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips plus more for topping

Instructions 

  • Mix the flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and salt in a medium microwavable mug.
  • Pour in the milk, oil, and vanilla and mix until just combined.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips. Sprinkle a few more chocolate chips on the top.
  • Place the mug in the microwave and microwave for 60 seconds until it has risen and firm to the touch.
  • If your brownie looks raw after one minute of cooking, continue cooking in 5-second intervals.
  • I cook the brownie for 60 seconds in my microwave. But because your timing may vary, always watch your mug while it is in the microwave.
  • Let the brownie cool for 3-4 minutes, and then serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream or chocolate sauce or caramel sauce.
