Ingredients
potatoes boiled, peeled and grated or mashed well 5
green chilies finely chopped to taste
ginger finely chopped 1 tsp
coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp
ajwain 1 tsp crushed with hand
salt to taste, mix all the above well for filling
Covering
dough like for roti
roll the dough into a square like for paranthas
cook the rotis on tawa till half cooked
spread the filling well on roti, roll tightly, roll in foil, refrigerate for 3-4 hours
cut into round, you may poke with toothpick across the round to hold it when you fry in hot oil OR
you may shallow fry in a pan, turning carefully when you flip them to cook on both sides
serve hot with sauce/ chutney of your choice.
