Ingredients:
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 1 cup oats of any type
- ¼ cup dry fruits (optional)
Method:
Into a bowl, mash the bananas and set the, aside. Then, add in the oats and give it a mix. Make sure it forms a sticky batter. If you wish to, you can add in some dry fruits of your choice.
Then, make round balls and flatten them into the shape of a cookie and bake them in the over just like you’d bake any other regular cookie. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for about 15 minutes or until cookies are lightly brown and set.
