Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
2 ripe bananas
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a blender or food processor, blend the rolled oats until they become a fine flour-like consistency.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Add the oat flour, baking powder, and salt to the mashed bananas and mix well until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
