Ingredients
Take a saucepan, add the sugar to it,
then add the water and keep stirring till it boils and forms a uniform,
medium-thick sugar syrup.
In the meantime, take a kadhai, and melt
some ghee into it. Now add the whole wheat atta and place it on low
flame, keep stirring continuously to avoid the atta getting burned at
the base.
Cook until the atta turns golden brown
in colour. Now very slowly and carefully add the prepared sugar syrup.
This mixture splutters, so be careful.
Cook the Prashad until the ghee separates, and turn off the flame.
Transfer the kara prashad into a serving bowl and serve hot.
