Muesli energy bars

 Ingredients:

  • 10 to 12 pitted dates
  • 1 cup of muesli

Method:

Into a blender, add in the muesli along with the pitted dates and give it a quick blend. The mixture should be coarse and half ground (not completely). The mixture should be of the consistency which is thick enough to form bars.

In case the batter is not forming a thick enough dough, you can add in a couple of extra pitted dates.

Then into a baking tray lined with parchment paper or baking paper, add in the muesli mixture and flatten it out. Set it in the refrigerator to harden for an hour and then demould it and cut it into bars.
