Instructions
Bring milk to a boil on medium flame,
making sure not to scorch the bottom. Add cardamom powder and saffron
and simmer for 40 minutes till the milk thickens up and reduces to half.
Add sugar and mix well. Add paneer and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
Switch off the flame and let the kheer cool down. Serve warm topped with chopped nuts.
