Baked Sweetcorn with veges

 Ingredients

sweetcorn tin 1 drain the liquid

onion 2 chopped big

capsicum green 1/2 chopped big

capsicum red half chopped big  Or Only green if you don't have red

boiled, peeled and chopped potatoes 2 big

garlic 1 tsp finely chopped

oil 1 tbsp

butter 2 tbsp + grease the pan

tomato ketchup as desired

processed cheese grated as much as you like

salt, pepper pdr to taste

green chilies chopped to taste


Method

in a pan, add oil and butter 1 tbsp, fry garlic, then green chilies for 2 minutes

add onion, fry lightly, add capsicum, fry for 2 minutes

add potatoes, adding salt and pepper pdr to taste

In a big baking dish, grease with butter, spread the drained corn down

spread the tossed veges evenly on top

cover with grated cheese, drizzle Ketchup of desired in zig-zag way on top

bake in a pre-heated oven @ 180 deg. for 20 minutes or till the cheese has melted well on top.

NOTE- the time can vary from oven to oven depending on the size, voltage etc.
