Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
1. Heat olive oil, add onion and ginger, and sauté.
2. Add cauliflower and turmeric, and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add broth, simmer for 20 minutes, then blend.
