Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour / maida
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup sugar
½ cup melted butter
½ cup yogurt (or ¼ cup applesauce + ¼ cup yogurt)
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup Nutella
6-8 Ferrero Rocher chocolates (roughly chopped)
¼ cup crushed hazelnuts (optional)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
In another bowl, mix the melted butter, yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Slowly fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined (don't over-mix).
Gently fold in the Nutella to create a swirl effect in the brownie batter.
Roughly chop the Ferrero Rocher chocolates and
fold them into the brownie batter along with crushed hazelnuts (if
using).
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the
center comes out with a few moist crumbs (avoid over-baking).
Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 15-20 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice and enjoy these rich, fudgy Ferrero Rocher brownies with a drizzle of extra Nutella on top if desired!
These indulgent egg-less brownies are perfect for satisfying chocolate and hazelnut cravings!
