Ingredients of Oats Tikki
- 1 and a half Cups Ground oats
- 1/2 cup Paneer
- 1/2 cup Beans finely chopped and blanched
- 1/2 cup Carrots grated
- 1/2 cup green peas blanched
- 1 tbsp Green Chilies finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Pepper
- coriander leaves finely chopped 2-3 tbsp
- Salt according to taste.
How to Make Oats Tikki
First grind some oats and add these to a bowl with paneer, carrots, beans, peas, green chilies, and all the masalas.
Mix these all together and form dough like consistency.
Once done let it rest for 10 minutes.
Then heat some oil on a pan and form small tikki out of the oats batter to pan fry it.
Once the tikkis turn golden brown from both the sides take them out and serve hot with chutney of your choice.
