How To Make Palak Paneer Chilla
To begin with, take a large mixing bowl, add besan flour, or you can also moong dal batter (if soaked overnight).
Add
salt, red chili powder, and garam masala to taste. Mix well. Add 2 tbsp of curd and water as required. Now, add boiled palak paste.
Mix everything until you get a smooth and lump-free paste.
Heat
oil in a pan, spread the batter with the help of a ladle, and cook the
chilla from both sides. Once done, add scrambled paneer and fold the
chilla. Your palak paneer chilla is ready!
Or else you can make scrambled paneer, by frying onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies, tomatoes, then crumbled paneer, once all dry, you can spread this on chilla or serve it separately.
