Ingredients:
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a pot, add garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
2. Add carrot, bell pepper, and cabbage, and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add tomatoes, vegetable broth, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
4. Simmer for 20 minutes, then serve hot.
